will.i.am, 45, is currently appearing on British television screens as a coach on music talent show The Voice. However, his job on the hit UK show is just one of the star’s many sources of income. The former Black Eyed Peas singer and global celebrity is actually worth an astounding sum.
The Black Eyed Peas rose to fame in 2003 with “Where is the Love?” – which was the highest selling single in the UK that year.
The group released a string of successful albums including Elephunk (2003) and Monkey Business (2004) – which went platinum after selling more than 100 million copies.
Black Eyed Peas’ biggest hits include “I gotta feeling”, “Let’s get it started” and “Boom boom pow.”
But will.i.am has made a pretty penny through his solo music projects too.
“Pleased you are on the show and you are in good hands with @iamwill.”
Victoria was taken aback by his comments, as she shared her excitement at being on the show.
She responded: “This tho @RealSirTomJones thank you so much for the beautiful comment!!!!
“And as I said I LOVE YOU! Soooo excited to be part of the @thevoiceuk and team @iamwill!!! (sic).”
The Voice UK continues Saturdays at 8:30pm on ITV.
