Virgin Media might be about to raise prices for millions of customers but there’s also some very big discounts to be grabbed right now.
The firm has just announced a new sale which is offering up to £150 bill credit on some of its best broadband and TV bundles including the Ultimate Oomph option.
These deals are available to new customers only with four different bundles on offer.
These include the Big Bundle, Bigger Bundle, Bigger Bundle with Sports and the Ultimate Oomph Bundle.
Here’s what each deal costs and what is included.
Big Bundle • £30 per month • OFFER – £50 bill credit
This includes over 110 channels, Talk Weekend and average broadband speeds of 54Mbps
Big Bigger Bundle • £57 per month • OFFER – £100 bill credit
This includes over 230 channels, Talk Weekend and average broadband speeds of 108Mbps
Big Bigger Bundle with Sports • £72 per month • OFFER – £100 bill credit

Ultimate Oomph Bundle • £89 per month • OFFER – £150 bill credit
This includes over 270 channels, Talk More Anytime and average broadband speeds of 516Mbps – there’s also an unlimited 4G SIM included for your smartphone.
These are clearly good deals for anyone thinking of joining Virgin Media but these are not the only offers available right now.
Sky and BT both have some money-saving discounts available so it’s worth shopping around before signing up.
For example, Sky is giving customers the chance to get TV and broadband for just £39 per month – saving £15 off the usual price.
This deal includes superfast broadband, Sky TV and free evening and weekend calls.
There’s also an offer on the All-together bundle which features Sports and movies for £47 per month – saving £14.
If you just want broadband without TV then BT could be a good option with the supplier offering its Superfast Fibre bundle for £29.99 – saving £5 per month.
This deal includes average speeds of 50Mbps plus the firm’s Stay Fast Guarantee and unlimited usage.
Most of the deals above include a minimum term so make sure you are happy before signing up.
