The Universal Credit payments will depend on the specific claimant’s circumstances.

However, there are minimum monthly standard allowances in place which are dependent on the claimant’s age and relationship status.

Claimants who are single will receive £342.72 if they’re under 25, with this increasing to £409.89 for the over 25s.

Those in couples will receive £488.59 for both if both are under 25 and if either of them are 25 or over, the payment will rise to £594.04.
