He holds the record at both clubs for the biggest spending on one season with £406.5million at the two clubs in total.

In Conte’s second season at Chelsea, Roman Abramovich opened the cheque book with £234.5m spent on the likes of Alvaro Morata, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Danny Drinkwater.

He was sacked just a year later though after Chelsea missed out on a top-four finish and would take over at Inter in May 2019.

And Conte was once again given record amounts of money with £172m spent on new signings in his first season in charge.
