Liberal Senator Andrew Bragg says the parliament is currently sitting on almost 20 “race-based laws” for Indigenous people.
“But yet we have no system to manage them, we have no way of engaging Indigenous people on how those special laws are made,” he told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
“So I think the current status is actually quite liberal.”
