MANCHESTER CITY vs WEST HAM
Aymeric Laporte returned for Manchester City as Pep Guardiola made five changes for the visit of West Ham – a fixture rearranged from February 9.
Fernandinho drops to the bench, the first league match in which he did not start since September, as Benjamin Mendy, David Silva, Bernardo Silva, Gabriel Jesus came into the side.
The 10-day delay to the game was not quite long enough for West Ham’s Felipe Anderson to overcome a back problem as he took his place on the bench alongside ex-City right back Pablo Zabaleta.
- City are on a seven-match winning streak in this league fixture, scoring 23 goals
- Pep Guardiola has won all eight of his meetings against West Ham in all competitions
