Mum to be Perrie looked beautiful in a cut-out white dress, featuring a tiered hem, along with full-length sleeves as she rested her hands underneath her bump for the group snaps.
The blonde beauty wore her tresses in loose waves and a centre parting and opted for minimal makeup to highlight her natural glow.
Leigh-Anne also wowed in a chiffon high-neck white gown with textured detailing which sculpted her growing baby bump.
The stunning singer wore her dark tresses in a chic high ponytail and accessorised with gold bracelets for the evening of music.
The red carpet appearance comes after Perrie announced she was expecting her first child with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on Monday 10 May.
Perrie posted stunning black and white photos to show off her bump and announced in the caption: “So happy to be on this wild journey with my soulmate
“Me + Him = You” followed by a world emoji and red heart emoji.
Perrie ended the announcement with: “We can’t wait to meet you baby Ox!”
The gorgeous singer posed in an emerald green top, in pictures that have been compared to Beyoncé’s iconic pregnancy announcement, to flaunt her stunning bump.
She wrote in the caption: “We’ve dreamed about this moment for so long and we can’t believe the dream is finally coming true… we can’t wait to meet you.”
