However the lead-up to the big day wasn’t without some drama – and the grooms had just 48 hours to turn their dream wedding into a reality.

A short trailer clip showed what happened when it was announced that London was going to be plunged into a second lockdown, with Ollie, 33, and Gareth revealing to their friends that they wanted to walk down the aisle before the new restrictions came into place.

Ollie, who had previously had to postpone his big day several times due to the pandemic, is seen saying: “Gareth and I are super stressed. This is like the third time that we’ve had to cancel our wedding.”

Ollie and Gareth pulled the wedding together in 48 hours

As his Made in Chelsea co-stars grill the couple over what they’re going to do, Ollie replied: “We’re getting married – three hours before lockdown.”

“We’ve got to pull it all out of the bag in 24 hours,” adds Gareth. The trailer then cuts to their last minute preparations as the rest of the cast get ready to attend.

Yet it turns out the pair pulled off a spectacular wedding, despite time constraints, with the pair looking very handsome as Ollie, who previously shared his upset as his dream wedding venue ‘didn’t do gay weddings,’ donned a black suit and Gareth, white.

The backdrop to their ceremony was a staircase lined with candles and white florals which weaved up the steps.

Ollie’s bridesmaid and best friend Binky Felstead was in attendance and looked sensational in an elegant pink dress.
