The property expert said buyers need to “be careful” when viewing properties that have had rats in them.
“Rat poo is not good. You’ve got to be really careful about rat poo it can carry all sorts of horrible diseases.
“That’s one of the reasons why when you go around houses you need to make preparations, you need to wear good shoes and definitely a mask.”
