Abramovich is ready to pay money to the striker’s father, Alf-Inge Haaland, and agent Mino Raiola too using his own cash.
And while Chelsea are willing to offer a fee of £130million for Haaland, they also have plans should their bid be rebuffed.
If that happens, the Blues will supposedly go back in with a second offer that will be £130m plus £20m in add-ons and bonuses.
The extra £20m would be made up of four instalments for winning the Premier League, winning the Champions League, a fixed number of appearances and a fixed number of goals scored.
To top it off, Chelsea are confident they’ll get Haaland in the door this summer.
