Rice currently has three years left on his current contract, but has ignored approaches from the club to further extend his deal at the London Stadium.
The England international has previously expressed his desire to be competing in Europe’s elite competition as a player and is likely to be interested about a potential move back to the club that released him as a youngster.
“To have that Champions League music playing, that’s where I want to be,” he told BBC’s MOTDx.
