There’s no denying Billie Faiers is a busy lady, and while currently taking part in Dancing On Ice, the former TOWIE star is also getting ready for the grand renovations to take place on her home.
Billie, 31, lives with husband Greg Shepherd and their two adorable children Nelly and Arthur, and plans are finally get underway on their Essex home.
The Dancing On Ice star has admitted, however, that she and Greg are going to be neighbours from hell during the process, as they transform their Brentwood home into a glamorous five-bedroom palace.

Earlier this month Billie explained: “We’ve not seen anyone. But it’s just not a great start, is it?
“The house is so old, whoever was going to buy it was going to have to renovate.”
The 31 year old continued to explain that their neighbour hasn’t been all too happy with their plans to renovate.
She added: “There’s only one neighbour to the side of us and he had a lot of reasons as to why he didn’t want us to go ahead, but it was getting a bit silly in the end.
“It’s been a very long journey already and it’s about to get even more pressurised once the builders start work.”
The Mummy Diaries star purchased her four-bedroom home for £1.4 million a year ago, and she and Greg plan to completely start again and build their dream home in its place.
The planning application shows that the home will have five bedrooms on the first floor with an en-suite master bedroom being among these, which will boast a huge dressing room.
On top of this, the three other en-suite bedrooms will have walk-in wardrobes.
Greg will also add his mark on to the home with a man cave, and they’ve got plans to convert the garage into a gym and games.
Of course, catering to little Nelly and Arthur there will be a play room which we’re sure will be absolutely fabulous.
Other additions to the home will include a two-storey side extension, single extensions to the front and rear and the outside space will be completely re-landscaped.
An excited Greg took to social media to share that renovations were set to get under way soon.
Posting on his Instagram he penned: “So finally next week after a year trying to get planning permission. Works will begin! Let’s do this! #allthegearnoidea #shepthebuilder.”
Fans rushed to comment on the dad-of-two’s post, with one writing: “If you need anyone to make teas. I’ll bring me spoon.”
Another added: “Can’t wait to see your journey on here. The house will look beautiful.”
“You need a spin off show. Flip it with the Sheps. can’t wait to see,” another keen follower wrote.
The pair have had visions of building their dream home for quite some time after splashing out but they were refused permission back in June.
We can’t wait to see their plans come to life.
