We take a look back at some of the worst Dancing On Ice injuries as ITV revealed it will not air on Sunday but rather return the following week.

With all the sudden exits and line up changes this year’s Dancing On Ice has already seen, it’s no surprise that the show’s presenters are reportedly feeling a little hot under the collar.

OK! online previously reported that a source close to Holly Willoughby has disclosed that she and Phillip Schofield are “desperately worried” that this series of Dancing On Ice is “jinxed”.

And it’s now been revealed Dancing On Ice has been axed this weekend after ITV bosses were left unable to fill the popular show due to injuries.

A spokesperson told OK! Online: “ITV have taken the decision to pause Dancing On Ice this week and there will be no live show on Sunday 21 February.”

The show will return on 28 February and will be replaced this weekend by a one-off special featuring past highlights.

With the latest news that Dancing On Ice celebrity Jason Donovan was forced to miss a skate on the weekend after injuring his back and his co-star Joe-Warren Plant and his partner Vanessa Bauer had to quit the ITV competition after testing positive for coronavirus just days earlier, we take a look back at some of the worst injuries throughout the seasons.
